This policy covers every theme bought from Align Themes and is part of our Terms of Use. The short version: if a theme isn’t right for you, we’ll give your money back.
Not the right fit? We’ll refund you.
We want you to love your theme. If it turns out not to be the one, you have 14 days from your purchase to ask for your money back — just say the word. This is in addition to any rights your local consumer-protection law gives you, and it takes nothing away from them.
Changed your mind, or the theme wasn’t quite what you had in your head? Totally fine. Any refund request inside that 14-day window is welcome, and we won’t make it awkward.
To start one, contact us with the email you used at checkout and your order details, and we’ll take care of the rest.
A note on the files
Themes are delivered as digital files, usually ready to download straight after purchase. Once a refund goes through, the licence ends, and we’d ask that you stop using and sharing the theme’s files.
If a theme misbehaves
Run into a real bug, or the theme isn’t doing what the page said it would? Tell us and we’ll fix it fast — or refund you if that’s the better outcome.

How the money comes back
Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, processes refunds and returns them to the card or method you originally paid with.
